Diego Longano
Mr. Diego Longano was born in Naples in 08/28/1980. In 07/29/2004 he graduated in Law at“Federico II” University of Naples with marks 101/110.
In 2007 he passed the State Exam for becoming a Lawyer and he was admitted in Italy as “avvocato”. In 2008 he was entitled to practise before a court of Member States (Naples).
In 2007 he attended the Master (post – graduated) in “Chinese Legal Features” (Master’s subjects: Chinese Legal Features; China’s Macroeconomics; Marketing in China; China and WTO; China Civilization, Culture and Society), at “UIBE” - University of International Business and Economics of Beijing, China.
He worked in primary Italian Law Firms as responsible for the contentious jurisdiction area and for China desk. He had also followed Corporate Immigration procedures.
He is specialized in Legal Consultancy addressed to Italian firms deployed in China and in assisting Chinese clients working in Italy who want both to establish a new companies and/or to manage their current business.
He is specialized in Legal Advice; Legal Business; Establishment of Company (JV, WFOE, FTC) in China.
