Valentina Elia
Valentina Elia was born in Naples. She got a degree in Law and then she passed the State Exam for becoming a Lawyer. In 2007 she was entitled to practise befor a Court of Member States (Naples).
She is legal adviser for several Italian banks. She is expert in defense strategies, in ordinary litigation and protective measures in civil matters, litigation, banking, debt recovery proceedings, business law, bankruptcy law, real estate and expropiation procedures.
She served as head of legal department of those companies controlled by the Ministry in charge of making contracts with external providers of services addressed to employees and collaborators.
Her areas of expertise are the following: civil law, commercial law, debt collection in court and out of court, litigation, banking law, bankruptcy, real estate and enforcement procedures, contracts. Moreover she has a particular expertise in fashion and communication fields.
